If you aren't currently a member, LWV of Galveston would love to have you join our chapter. Membership is open to people ages 16 and older. We need more like-minded people who are as passionate about empowering voters and defending democracy as we are. There is so much work to be done to educate our neighbors and communities by providing them with quality, nonpartisan information to help them make the best choices when they vote. When you join, you also become a member of the national and state leagues.
